1. Selection & Quality Inspection
Raw Benzoin Siam Gum is carefully selected and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. The resin is evaluated for appearance, aroma, purity, and the absence of foreign materials before entering production.

2. Cleaning and Size Reduction
The selected resin is cleaned to remove any remaining impurities such as bark, dust, or other natural contaminants. The gum is then crushed into smaller pieces to increase the surface area for efficient extraction.

3. Solvent Extraction
The prepared benzoin resin is extracted using a food-grade solvent under controlled conditions. During this stage, the aromatic and active components of the resin are dissolved, creating a concentrated extract rich in the characteristic sweet balsamic notes of Benzoin Siam.

4. Filtration & Purification
The extract is filtered to remove insoluble particles and impurities. This step helps improve clarity, consistency, and the overall quality of the final resinoid.

5. Solvent Removal and Recovery
The filtered extract undergoes a controlled evaporation process to remove the extraction solvent. The solvent is recovered for reuse where applicable, while the aromatic resin extract is retained.

6. Blend with PG (Propylene Glycol)
The concentrated benzoin extract is blended with Propylene Glycol (PG) to achieve the desired viscosity, stability, and ease of handling. This step creates a uniform resinoid suitable for use in fragrance, cosmetic, and personal care formulations.

7. Quality Control Analysis
Each batch undergoes comprehensive quality control testing, including organoleptic evaluation, physical and chemical analysis, and compliance checks according to customer specifications.

8. Filling & Packaging
The finished Benzoin Siam Resinoid is filled into suitable containers and securely packaged to maintain product integrity during storage and transportation.
